“The Power of Interfaces” is a workshop that took place on the first week of April 2024 at the Caixa Forum of Palma de Mallorca (Spain). The event is jointly organised by the European projects 24/7 ZEN, HarveStore, EpiStore and HyP3D, and in 2024 reached its 4th edition.
The workshop gave the possibility to participants to discuss the latest advances in different fields as new materials for energy, solid-state devices for energy storage and conversion, advanced manufacturing and characterization techniques, modelling and micro and nanotechnologies for energy devices.
In this occasion, the partner SolydEra has been invited to give the presentation entitled: Empowering tomorrow: Advancement in Solid Oxide Technology for Climate Resilience and Sustainable Hydrogen Production (Authors: Jan Pieter Ouweltjes, Antonello Nesci).
Abstract of the presentation: Over the last years there has been a strong intensification of SOEC and rSOC related activities at SolydEra. Within this presentation, an overview will be given about the state of our technology, and our ambitions for the coming years, showcased by the current advancements within several European projects, and with a special focus on materials developments that are deemed necessary to bring the technology to the forefront in the greenification of the global society.
